* By using the latest technology, the battery combines a high capacity and energy density with a relatively low weight. By placing it in the frame, the battery is nicely concealed, well protected against external influences and easily removable. A new Bosch battery works “plug & play” on your bicycle.
* Bosch Powertubes are available in two versions, horizontal and vertical; these have different connections and design and are not interchangeable with each other. So when ordering a replacement or extra battery, pay attention to the Bosch part number, it must match.

Batteries and conversion kits are shipped from German warehouses. Some accessories will be shipped from German or other countries according to stock.
How long to receive the product?
The product will be shipped within two working days after the order is placed. Batteries and kits will be received in Germany within 2-4 working days and in other countries within 3-5 working days.
How can I return the product?
We will provide different return plans according to different problems. If there is a problem that needs to be repaired or solved within the warranty period, we will provide a free return label.
