Shipping policy

EU MARKET:

1. Yose Power E-Bike batteries and motor kits will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment is completed from Berlin. Customers in Germany can get the parcel within 2-4 working days and customers in other European regions will receive it within 3-5 working days (remote areas may need more time).

2. E-bike can only shipped to mainland area of Germany amd France by DHL/Schenker（DB）, remote areas and islands cannot be shipped.

3. Accessories are shipped from the German warehouse or warehouses in other countries. The delivery time depends on the country of shipment. Most accessories will be shipped from the German warehouse and you can receive them within 3-5 working days.
