How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
We usually ship within 1-2 business days of ordering.
Where the product is shipped from?
Batteries and e-bike conversion kits are shipped from our German warehouse, some accessories will be shipped from warehouses outside Germany.
How do I return a product?
If you have any questions and need to return the product, please contact our service email. We will provide you with a free return label or return it at your own expense according to Yose Power's service policy.
How can I exchange the wrong item if I bought it?
Contact our sales service email, we will provide you with a return address. When you return the wrong product to our warehouse, we can exchange or refund it, and then you can place a new order.

Do I need to pay for shipping?
Currently, customers in Germany do not need to pay for shipping. For other European countries outside Germany, customers need to pay some courier fees based on the distance.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you directly. If the product has been shipped, you will need to refuse the package.
Can I pay by credit card or instalments?
We support most credit card payments and Klarna installments and Pay Now and Pay Later. We also support major payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I change the address after placing an order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not been shipped, we will change it for you. If the product has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address directly, you need to contact the courier company.

The products sold on the Yose Power official website are exactly the same as those on Amazon and eBay. We are the same company and the products are shipped from the same warehouse.
Can Yose Power batteries be replaced with batteries of the same type from other brands?
Usually our batteries can replace the same type of batteries from other brands, but you need to carefully confirm their size, discharge port and other matching information.

Yose Power's products have undergone rigorous laboratory testing and certification, and our products have CE and other certificates that comply with European standards.
