We have Europe warehouses, US warehouse, UK warehouse. And if you have speical demand, we can send parcels from China also.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
It depends on where you are. Orders from the country where the warehouse is located will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your order on website.
We send parcels next day after payment. The parcels will not be sent on weekend or in holidays.
We use GLS, DHL, DPD. It depends on the product you order. The shipping information is updated in your order on website.
Batteries has 18 months warranty. Motor has 18 months warranty and the other parts in kit have 12 months warranty.
