Warranty
The Yose Power E-Bike comes with an 18-month warranty on the battery and a 24-month warranty on the motor.
Note: Batteries and conversion kits purchased separately have an 18-month warranty and accessories have a 12-month warranty.
To know the current warranty terms, please read the following points:
1. All Yose Power E-Bike, Batteries, conversion kits and accessories are covered by a 24-month or 18-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Defective items or parts will be replaced and shipped only to the warranty holder. Warranties are non-transferable to any other person than the original purchaser. All purchases must be made through official Yose Power channels. The warranty only covers product defects that were present at the time of delivery.
2. Within 30 days of purchase, Yose Power will cover the costs of labor and parts associated with warranty claims. It is the owner’s responsibility to inspect the products immediately upon receipt, within a maximum of 3 days. Shipping claims are time-sensitive. To expedite the resolution of issues/defects, the owner must send an email with a photo and/or video to service@yosepower.com.
3. After the initial 30 days, Yose Power provides free replacement parts for defective items within warranty. The owner is responsible for shipping costs. It is necessary to send an email with a photo or video to service@yosepower.com for the warranty service to be carried out.
4. Yose Power reserves the right to request proper evidence/documentation. This is essential for the safety of all riders. Evidence may include photos or videos, descriptions of the item in question, or the problem. Warranty Item
A. 24 months warranty for motor
The motor can be replaced with a new one within 24 months. Alternatively, if damage occurs to the internal wiring, coil, or phase, if they are burned, if the magnets are demagnetized or detached, if the shaft is deformed, or if other quality issues arise that cannot be repaired, the motor can be replaced.
B. 24 months warranty for motorhall, motor bearings
Hall sensor burnout, loud bearing noises or cracks.
C. 18 months warranty for lithium battery
Leakage occurs or capacity less than 60 % during the first 12 months; a further 6 months applies to maintenance (except for associated battery locks, battery housing. charging sockets, battery holders and other accessories).
D. 24 months warranty for frame, handlebars, rear frame, front and rear wheel hub, fork, stem, seat tube
Performance defects due to product reasons cannot be repaired. Welding, desoldering, breakage and distortion can be replaced. Steering handle, handlebar and deformation can be replaced.
E. 24 months warranty for controller, charger, cable, inverter, power management, switch, lock, indicators, horn, brake lever, switch, handlebar guard, damper, brackets, bottom bracket, crank set, disc brakes, power OFF switch.
Defects in performance cannot be eliminated. Welding, desoldering, breakage and distortion can be replaced, shock absorption, oil leakage and deformation can be replaced. Damage caused by human influences such as impact and unauthorized modifications are not guaranteed.
F. 24 months warranty for Headlight mounting, LED bulb
Welding defects, desoldering, cracking, twisting and flaking of paint are replaced
G. 6 months warranty for tires, tubes, valves, spokes,handles, fuses, charging sockets,faulty brake pads
The inner tube is cracked or defective. Tire production damage that is not caused by wear and tear. Damage caused by human influences such as impacts and unauthorized modifications cannot be accepted.
NOTE:
1. The above periods depend on the date of purchase.
2. For pedelecs used by households, the warranty period specified in the table above applies.
3. For vehicles that are not used for family purposes (e.g. business vehicles, commercial vehicles, company collec vehicles, group purchases, leased vehicles), the warranty period is half of the provisions in the table above.
4. If there is a special agreement, the agreed content must be implemented.
5. If you do not use the pedelec for a longer period of time, you should charge the battery at least once a month in order to extend the service life of the rechargeable battery and avoid the loss of performance and loss of warranty.
Warranty limitation
1. The above table is the basis if the specified warranty period and the specified warranty scope are exceeded. It is assumed that the time exceeds the warranty period.
2. wear parts and consumables are based on the table above, and those that exceed the specified warranty period and scope are considered to be time and scope are considered warranty service.
3. Advertising promotion, promotional items, noise level, as well as soft and hard impressions, and other aspects of subjective perception. Damages caused by external factors such as smoking, drugs, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, lightning strikes, chemical corrosion, etc. In cases of non-negligence, service can still be provided.
4. Damage to other parts caused by the use of non-original parts, unauthorized changes to the circuit and configuration are not covered by the warranty and the user bears all relevant responsibilities.
5. Failures caused by human factors such as crashes, crashes, overloading, speeding, unauthorized modification, non-use of original accessories and non-operation in accordance with the operating instructions.
6. No maintenance card, invoice, receipt, etc. Ticket cards do not match and accessories are incomplete.
7. Chargers, controllers, etc. for brands and seals that are artificially torn are not covered by the warranty.
8. Battery loss, warping, soaking and damage from external causes are not warranted, and all batteries and accessories are not covered by the cycle warranty.
