If you buy a wrong item and want to return it back, we can’t pay the shipping cost. Please contact us to get the right return address.

Please return the complete product as soon as possible and ensure the product has not been used and don't affecting secondary sales.

If the item has a problem and you want to return it back, please contact us. We will try our best to solve the problem for you firstly. If the problem can’t be solved, we will arrange a return label for you.

The warranty of battery is 18 months. The warranty of motor is 18 months and other parts in kit have warranty of 12 months also. If the warranty is out of date, we don't accept a return.
