Returns

We accept returns, but return requirements must be met.


1. Please return the product within 7 days after confirming the return information and return address. If you have a special return time request, please let us know.

2. Please be sure to return all contents of the package.

3. If the wrong product is sent, damaged during transportation or has other defects, please contact us in time and we will arrange a return label for you to return.

4. If you purchase the wrong product, or no longer need the product, you are responsible for returning the product to us for a refund.

5. If there are any problems with the product, please let us know and we will try our best to help you solve it.
