* The rear light on battery can be only controlled by original controller of Phylion. It can't be controlled by YOSE POWER controllers.
* The warranty of battery is 18 months. The warranty of charger is 12 months.
* The shipping takes 2-4 working days in Germany. In other countries, the shipping takes 4-8 working days.
* The battery is compatible with 36V 250W-700W motor kits.
* Please pay attention to the case of the battery: this battery is very similar with other kind of battery. Please look at the detailed image below and make sure that your old battery has the same case as this battery.

Batteries and conversion kits are shipped from German warehouses. Some accessories will be shipped from German or other countries according to stock.
How long to receive the product?
The product will be shipped within two working days after the order is placed. Batteries and kits will be received in Germany within 2-4 working days and in other countries within 3-5 working days.
How can I return the product?
