* Battery delivery cost much more than ordinary goods, in order to reduce the return shipping cost, please make sure: battery and motor should have the same voltage. e.g. 36V 10Ah vs 36V 350W.
* If you want to return our battery back, please pay attention to the following points to avoid short circuit caused by improper operation :
1. If the battery has a switch, be sure to turn off the power switch.
2. Please keep the positive and negative poles of the battery insulated just like the battery you received.
3. Please use foam or other materials to fix the battery to avoid the battery shake in the carton.

Where the products are shipped from？
Batteries and conversion kits are shipped from German warehouses. Some accessories will be shipped from German or other countries according to stock.
How long to receive the product?
The product will be shipped within two working days after the order is placed. Batteries and kits will be received in Germany within 2-4 working days and in other countries within 3-5 working days.
How can I return the product?
We will provide different return plans according to different problems. If there is a problem that needs to be repaired or solved within the warranty period, we will provide a free return label.
How long will accessories for the product be available?
We will continue to provide accessories for products that have been in use for more than ten years.
