The product arrived very quickly and in perfect condition (it was very well packaged). The installation instructions and the tools that came with the product made assembly easy (I should mention that I am 69 years old). It worked without hesitation from the first start. I noticed only one problem and I am addressing this to the company that delivered the motor (Yose Power) - the motor wheel does not rotate evenly but has a shock at each rotation. This shortcoming is felt not only with the wheel rotating idle (suspended bike) but also while driving on the road, which induces a little discomfort. Is there any explanation for this phenomenon and how could it be corrected? The tire and inner tube are new.

Batteries and conversion kits are shipped from German warehouses. Some accessories will be shipped from German or other countries according to stock.
How long to receive the product?
The product will be shipped within two working days after the order is placed. Batteries and kits will be received in Germany within 2-4 working days and in other countries within 3-5 working days.
