Voltage shows wrong

No possibility to set voltage of battery ( option nr 5 not available in setup, probably hidden) I have 36V battery, but on display shows 42V. Despite this looks working ok.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. It is a 36V display. So the option 5(voltgae) is defaulted to 36V. It can't be changed. And a 36V battery is 42V after it is fully charged. So it is right on display.

Batteries and conversion kits are shipped from German warehouses. Some accessories will be shipped from German or other countries according to stock.

How long to receive the product?

The product will be shipped within two working days after the order is placed. Batteries and kits will be received in Germany within 2-4 working days and in other countries within 3-5 working days.
