We provide accessories guarantee and repair outside the warranty period. The relevant maintenance items and charges are listed below:

Services and Fees

1. Inspection and analysis of cause, replacement of fuse, cables, charging port, discharging port, battery indicator light, switch, lock

2. Replacement of BMS

Labor Cost: 30 EUR

Material Cost: 10 EUR

3. Replacement of upper cover/lower cover/shell

Labor Cost: 30 EUR

Material Cost: 20-30 EUR

4. Scrap processing (if not returned to customer)

Labor Cost: 5 EUR

5. Inspection and analysis of cause, replacement of display, controller

Labor Cost: 30 EUR

Material Cost: 25 EUR

6. Inspection and analysis of cause, replacement of thumb throttle, brake lever, PAS sensor, cables

7. Replacement of motor gear, bearing

1.The above costs are composed of labor cost + material cost. Only a single charge applies for the same type of maintenance, not cumulative.

2.The above costs do not include return shipping costs of the battery or conversion kit.

3.For items outside the above list, costs are calculated at a labor rate of 20 €/hour + corresponding material cost.
