Vraag 1: Het achterlicht werkt niet meer.
Het achterlicht werkt met een droge accu die vervangen kan worden. Er is een handleiding over hoe je de droge accu vervangt. Omdat de handleiding een beetje groot is, kon deze niet op de website worden geüpload. We kunnen deze per e-mail naar je sturen.

* Als professionele accudistributeur houden we ons strikt aan de lokale wetten en voorschriften om de kwaliteit van de accu, de veiligheid van het transport en de opslag en de bescherming van het milieu te waarborgen.
* Volgens de accuregelgeving mogen accu's niet met het gewone huishoudelijke afval worden weggegooid.
* Consumenten zijn verplicht om de gebruikte batterijen af te geven bij het professionele recyclingbedrijf voor een correcte verwerking. Ze mogen niet zomaar in de prullenbak worden gegooid. Bescherm het milieu!

Where the products are shipped from？
Batteries and conversion kits are shipped from German warehouses. Some accessories will be shipped from German or other countries according to stock.
How long to receive the product?
The product will be shipped within two working days after the order is placed. Batteries and kits will be received in Germany within 2-4 working days and in other countries within 3-5 working days.
How can I return the product?
We will provide different return plans according to different problems. If there is a problem that needs to be repaired or solved within the warranty period, we will provide a free return label.
How long will accessories for the product be available?
We will continue to provide accessories for products that have been in use for more than ten years.
