* De verzending duurt 2-4 werkdagen in Duitsland. Naar andere landen duurt de verzending 4-8 werkdagen.
* De accu heeft een standaard BMS. Als uw originele accu een "smart BMS" heeft, is deze accu dus niet compatibel.
* De accu is compatibel met 36V 250W-500W motorkits.
* Let op de behuizing van de accu: deze accu lijkt sterk op andere soorten accu's. Bekijk de gedetailleerde afbeelding hieronder en controleer of uw oude accu dezelfde behuizing heeft als deze accu.

* Als professionele batterijdistributeur houden wij ons strikt aan de lokale wet- en regelgeving om de batterijkwaliteit, transport- en opslagveiligheid en milieubescherming te waarborgen.
* Volgens de batterijverordening mogen batterijen niet met het gewone huisvuil worden weggegooid.
* Consumenten zijn verplicht de gebruikte batterijen af te geven bij een professioneel recyclingbedrijf voor correcte verwerking. Ze mogen niet zomaar in de prullenbak worden gegooid. Bescherm het milieu!

Batteries and conversion kits are shipped from German warehouses. Some accessories will be shipped from German or other countries according to stock.
How long to receive the product?
The product will be shipped within two working days after the order is placed. Batteries and kits will be received in Germany within 2-4 working days and in other countries within 3-5 working days.
How can I return the product?
We will provide different return plans according to different problems. If there is a problem that needs to be repaired or solved within the warranty period, we will provide a free return label.
