4. Vragen en antwoorden
Vraag 1: Waarom brandt er altijd een rode LED op de accu? Is de accu niet volledig opgeladen?
Als er 4 groene LED's en 1 rode LED zijn, is de batterij volledig opgeladen. Of als de LED op de lader van rood naar groen verandert, betekent dit ook dat de batterij volledig is opgeladen. Er is altijd een rode LED op de batterij. Het is een waarschuwingslampje. Als er maar 1 rode LED is, moet de batterij opnieuw worden opgeladen.

Batteries and conversion kits are shipped from German warehouses. Some accessories will be shipped from German or other countries according to stock.
How long to receive the product?
The product will be shipped within two working days after the order is placed. Batteries and kits will be received in Germany within 2-4 working days and in other countries within 3-5 working days.
How can I return the product?
