A. 24-Months Motor Warranty
The motor can be replaced with a new one within 24 months. Alternatively, the motor can be replaced if there is damage to the internal wiring, coil, or phase wiring, if the wires are burned out, the magnets are demagnetized or loose, the shaft is deformed, or if other quality issues occur that cannot be repaired.

B. 24-Months Motor Housing and Motor Bearing Warranty
Burned Hall sensor, loud bearing noise, or cracks.

C. 18-Months Lithium Battery Warranty
In the event of leakage or a capacity reduction below 60% within the first 12 months, an additional 6 months are applied for maintenance (excluding associated battery locks, battery housings, charging sockets, battery holders, and other accessories).

D. 24-Months Frame Warranty, Handlebars, Rear Frame, Front and Rear Wheel Hub, Fork, Stem, Seat Tube
Product-related performance defects cannot be repaired. Welding, desoldering, breakage, and deformation damage can be replaced. Handlebars, handlebars, and deformations can be replaced.

E. 24-months warranty on the controller, charger, cables, inverter, power management, switches, lock, indicators, horn, brake lever, switches, handlebar guards, shock absorbers, mounts, bottom bracket, crankset, disc brakes, and cut-off switch.

Performance defects cannot be repaired. Welding, desoldering, breakage, and deformation can be replaced. Shock absorption, oil leakage, and deformation can be replaced. Damage caused by human influences such as impacts and unauthorized modifications is not covered.

F. 24-months warranty on headlight mounts and LED bulbs.
Weld defects, unsoldered joints, cracks, twists, and paint chips will be replaced.

G. 6-months warranty on tires, tubes, valves, spokes, grips, fuses, charging sockets, and defective brake pads.
The tube is torn or defective. Production damage to the tire that is not due to wear and tear. Damage caused by human influences such as impacts and unauthorized modifications cannot be recognized.
