Das YOSE POWER 27,5" City E-Bike wurde sehr schnell geliefert und war in ca. 1,5 Std. zusammen gebaut. Leider gibt es keine deutschsprachige Anleitung.
Das Rad selber ist in sehr guter Qualität und lässt sich auch sehr gut fahren.
Da ich anfangs Probleme mit dem Display hatte, musste ich den Kundendienst kontaktieren. Das geht leider nur per E-Mail. Die Antwort ließ manchmal mehr als einen Tag auf sich warten und war häufig auch nur in Englisch.
Ich hatte auch darum gebeten angerufen zu werden, aber da gab es keine Reaktion.
Die Antworten waren oft so, dass ich nochmals nachfragen musste.
Fazit: Lieferung sehr schnell,

Ich habe inzwischen 3 E-Bikes von Yose Power gekauft. Bei allen drei Rädern gab es beim Zusammenbau keinerlei Probleme. Alle Anbauteile waren im Karton. Sogar Werkzeug wurde mitgeliefert. Die Probefahrt mit den Rädern verlief absolut problemlos. Das Design finde ich sehr viligran und schön. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schnelle Lieferung und den absolut fairen Preis.

The two e-bikes arrived okay; even " I" could do the montage in a few hours. I am a tour guide in Berlin. I just started using the é-bikes for my (e)bike sightseeing tours in Berlin. I will update you all with reviews every few months. I started with four stars, and even though I had nothing to complain about bikes, the guests were happy. I am also interested in the battery life. How long will they stay powerful? They are also okay, but we need time to judge honestly. The fifth star, Yose, must earn five stars :) Will you earn or not in 6 months? I will check the e-bike for six months and then write. It is not the first time I have bought. In the last ten years, some more Yose products arrived punctually. I also had nothing to complain about and never wrote a review, but now I will. Tomorrow, I will order one kit for the cargo bike for e-support. Slowly, Yose started to power more and more. I am even by the group on Facebook, and I now believe Yose is working on long-term quality and service; I like Jan from support, who always answers swift emails if I have a question.
I did not have bad luck with having the wrong product so that I could write about Retoure. 11 times I ordered, no Retour is a good average. Yose now has credit from me because there can always be something wrong after ten times.
I will keep you updated about the e-bike biography until the end of the guarantee. Otherwise, I will write and complain and take my stars back:)
